Does someone need to be home when you take my dog out?

No you do not need to be home when we take your dog out. Most clients that are not in, are comfortable with us having a key or leaving one in a key box or another safe place.

What security measures do you take?

Your key will be kept secure and away from any personal information and no key can be identified to a property. In the unlikely event that your key gets lost we will notify you immediately.

Will my dog be off leash?

If your dog is good off leash and recalls to there name we will take them off leash unless you ask us not too, And any off leash dogs will be kept away from any other dogs unless the dogs are in our care and are non aggressive.

Will my dog be left untended?

Your dog will always be supervised when in our care by one of our team members.
